Today I wanted to share with you what I’m loving this month from health, food and wellness products. It can be a bit overwhelming at times to have so many products and options out there catalogued healthy, organic, natural, etc. Every month I will be posting a list of things I’m currently using and absolutely love. I hope it will help you discover new things and learn more about health and wellness.
Lately I have been obsessed with these organic seasoning blends. This German company offers organic, high quality seasoning blends that are perfect for smoothies, pancakes, oatmeal, popcorn, eggs and more. I have tested most of them and could not recommend them enough. The ingredients are clean, with no refined sugars or flavorings and taste amazing. My top 3 flavors are oatmeal, savory egg and spicy popcorn (love it on sweet potato fries) but honestly they are all amazing. I have been using this spray regularly for a couple of weeks now and the results are amazing. I spray it over my face and neck twice a day and slightly massage it in and my skin stays smooth and soft throughout the day. Seriously amazing. It`s a bit on the expensive side but totally worth investing your money on organic beauty products because they DO work!
Have you ever thought about how many chemicals are in your shampoo? We use it so often and our skin absorbs everything we put on it so I highly recommend transitioning to organic and natural beauty products. This coconut shampoo and conditioner smell SO good and leave my hair nice and smooth. I usually order it from Thrive Market where they have it for a discounted price. These are cute little bunny cookies that I have been enjoying a bit too much lately. I love the individual size packs that stop me from eating more and are helpful on my long walks in the park with the baby. Yes, they are still cookies and should be enjoyed in moderation but when you’re craving a little treat, these are a great option to have on hand.
I have been craving fresh berries so much lately, especially strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. So I have been adding them to my salads, oatmeal, parfaits or just snacking on them raw. Berries are high in vitamin C which helps from getting sick, especially when seasons are changing. I’m excited to make this!
I hope you enjoy my April favorites and can’t wait to share more products with you next month!
