If you follow me for some time now, you probably have noticed that avocado appears quite often on my feed. I love it for breakfast, lunch, dinner AND dessert. It tastes AMAZING with chocolate. But we will talk about that another time..
If you`re looking for healthy and shiny hair, strong nails, smooth skin and even lose weight, avocado should be your friend. Avocado is extremely nutritious and contains many important vitamins like vitamin K which helps the blood flow, folate which maintains a healthy nervous system, vitamin C, potassium and more others. Avocado is also loaded with heart healthy monounsaturated fatty acids which improve cholesterol levels and even brain function.
Avocado toast is very simple to make, super quick and tastes amazing! You can top it with chickpeas, fresh radish, tomatoes, fresh cilantro, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, smoked salmon, fried egg or hemp seeds, my all-time favorite. The truth is, there is no wrong way of doing it. I promise you, it WILL taste incredible.

- 2 slices of seed bread
- ½ avocado
- ¼ tsp hemp seeds
- pinch of poppy seeds
- fresh lime
- fresh pepper
- Himalayan Sea salt
- Toast the seed bread
- Slice the avocado on toast
- Squeeze fresh lime on top
- Top with salt and pepper, fresh parsley, poppy seeds and hemp seeds
