Juices are packed with vitamins, nutrients, proteins, carbohydrates, essential fatty acids and much more. Fresh juice is a concentrated dose of vegetables and fruits so if you are not consuming enough veggies, juice can go a long way. - 10 stalks collard greens (or kale)
- 5 celery stalks
- 1 green apple
- 1 lime
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 inches ginger
- Wash all produce
